Our Guarantee

We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if any product fails due to defects in the materials or a manufacturing fault, return it to Inspirit Adventure for replacement or refund.

We don’t cover damage from abuse, extreme temperatures or any torn fabric. We can’t refund purchases made via third parties.

New & Quality Returns

You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from inspiritadventure.com—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with the original packaging.

To return your recent Inspirit Adventure order to us, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Email hello@inspiritadventure.com explaining the issue as clearly and as concisely as possible
  2. Attach images to the email that will help us identify the problem prior to sending
  3. Send us a copy of your receipt
  4. Once we have received all of the above information, we will evaluate the best possible solution for you in accordance with our warranty and policies
  5. Wait for confirmation from one of our happy surfers (we will reply as soon as possible)
  6. On confirmation, return the order in the original packaging to our address at the bottom of this page
  7. Once we have received the parcel, we will inspect your order and issue a refund in accordance with our guarantee and policies

 Important:

  • Without the necessary Information, no returns can be processed
  • An automatic refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, we may have to arrange an alternative secure payment e.g. via Paypal
  • A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will not refund the cost of return shipping.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

We do not do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
